The UTS Second Hand Bookshop is the Student Associations' bookshop. It is a Not-for-Profit department. It aims to facilitate the buying and selling of books by students for students. It has existed on campus for 20 years. When text books cost so much money, having a 2nd hand service saves hundreds of students each semester. Students can buy and sell their books at up to two thirds of the retail price.

About 10 free books have disappeared into the hands of grateful students. All engineering , concrete books are gone just one old Physics book left.
